    I've been in hospital. What now?

    Good you're out, I've been on & off my feet for a while & all I can think is how much I'd like to do normal stuff, walk the dog, cook, plant bulbs, and clean my house! (swear I'll never complain about that anymore) my doc recommended activity as tolerated, but that hasn't worked out too well...

    About arnica, does the pain go away when the bruise is gone? curious about that, it's a homeopathic remedy which works with the body differently, if I'm not mistaken.

    Recovery advice

    so sorry KellyG, you are not feeling well, harder too with little ones. Only advice is always schedule your recovery first, then your workouts, so you are in recovery mode, workouts will come soon enough, take care.
