    What treadmill do you have?

I totally splurged and got the Peloton treadmill. I really enjoy it. I'm really loving the scenic workouts. With a 32inch screen, it feels like I'm almost in Hawaii lol

    STS Check in

I'm going to wait until Tue to actually start the first STS workout. Worked last night, and it was a bit of a zoo at the hospital. I'm tired and think if I tried to do a bunch of pushups, I'd end up on the floor sleeping. And I work tomorrow night, so I'd rather nap before work.

    Anyone starting soonish?

Thinking of starting Dec 1. I've had STS since the beginning and never ever made it through the whole thing. I want to be able to say I did it. Thought if maybe someone was starting soonish, we could cheer each other on. And the more the merrier too.

    Lifting barefoot

I know a lot of people who do. I can't My feet are super sensitive and I can literally feel any small thing on the floor and it bothers me. So I just use super flat shoes when I'm lifting and just lifting.

    Running shoes to lift

Lifting super heavy, like in a gym, you want no cushion to lift cause you want the stability. You need the flat bottoms without the cushion to be as stable as you can be.

    Running shoes to lift

Right now I'm doing super heavy lifting so I'm wearing my Nanos. But when I do Cathe, I wear more cushioned shoes, usually Rykas. I can feel the burn just fine.

    Running shoes to lift

Hoka's are great for Cathe! I have 2 pair and wear one to work and one for walking. Love them!

    Running shoes to lift

So are you lifting super heavy in a gym, or just doing Cathe? If you are doing Cathe lifting, wear whatever shoes feel comfy. If you are super heavy lifting, in a gym, with the big Olympic style bars, you would be better served with a flat shoe, like Chucks, Reebok Nanos, that sort of thing.
