Have you taken laxatives or anything like that? It could be part of your intestine filled with waste and trapped gas that you feel. I used to abuse laxatives and wound up with a lump like that, it would move around, it was weird. Gas, water and waste...it went away once I got rid of the Dieters...

Sounds like the sparkling sugars are the more decorative ones? The ones you would use on cookies and stuff?

Go get some Clear Dri..drugstores sell it. It stops the wetness for at least a week. I use it at night before I go to bed and stay dry all week, I still use a deoderant though..I spelled that wrong, what a strange word, anyway, do not shave before using the Clear Dri as it can really sting!

I agree Amy, I never do any move I feel would harm me...period. I put my ego on the back burner and do jumping jacks or repeaters...I cannot do tuck jumps, at all..fast feet shuffles are replaced by running up and down the step as fast as I can, or simply doing repeaters.
