    Karen, thanks so much for the reply. I stay far away from anything contaning hydrogenated oils and that's why I was asking about the protein. I think I'll stay away from anything contaning hydrolyzed protein, too. Please post your protein bar recipe! I'm always looking for non or low sugar...

    Protein Powder Recipes??

    I add a scoop of choolate protein powder to a cup of plain low or non fat yogurt, add a little sweetner of choice (I used Splenda) and you've got a nice little post workout snack. My twelve year old likes this too. Alexandra
