    Just ordered

    Took advantage of the 30% off sale and got Drill Max (a workout that I've wanted for a while), Supersets/Push-Pull and Hiit. I'm so excited it's ridiculous!! Now if I can just kick this bug by the time they arrive.... :eek:

    It only hurts when I move

    I did GS Chest and Triceps on Mon and yesterday could barely move my arms! I love feeling the soreness so I didn't mind too much. Can't wait to do the other two GS workouts!:D

    I spotted with both my children for several months during both pregnancies and everything was fine. That's not to say she shouldn't get herself to a doctor quickly though. I was panicked when it first happened to me. Hope everything is okay. eta: quickly

    Why no DOMS?

    I get ancy when there is no soreness. I've been trying to improve my biceps lately and that is the only place there is no soreness!!! It's killing me! I keep wondering if I worked them hard enough (sure seemed like it) or what?
