I kinda do the same as Kathryn. I purchased a piece of vynl and put it on top of my puzzle mats and use face towels for gliding. It works fine. I tried everything on the puzzle mats prior to resorting to this and nothing worked.

I agree, she is way out of line.
If you have a co-ordinator I would go that route first, the memo someone suggested or have it come up at a meeting.
If you have no co-ordinator I would speak with her privately.
If neither of those get results I would nicely say something during the...

It sure isn't but is well worth it. I quit 8-9 years ago, honestly can't remember. I feel like a true non-smoker. Some people say you will always be an ex-smoker (meaning the desire to...
Does anything else work on puzzle mats?
I tried plates, cloth, and the furniture gliders before I gave up and purchased the linoleum. The linoleum also makes it easier to pivot when doing aerobics, so I have been tempted to just leave it there. I still have the "give" I like from the puzzle...

I own a juicer and have used it off and on. Some people say you are getting rid of the fiber and the people who sell the juicers say the lack of fiber enables the vitamins etc to hit your blood stream faster- or something like that.

In other words, some of us don't want to create our own workouts, but still love the download idea.

My dirty little secret is that Cathe talks to me in code. She gives me signals many of you miss.
Yes it is true, sometimes when Cathe is doing low ends she has given me a signal to get a drink of water!
