    My results are similar to Katerchen. I was already lean, but after insanity, am much leaner, in better cardio shape, and more defined. I highly recommend it!!!

    Eating Clean

    Fit Mommy, I have a hard time making myself run too, but it's because I'd rather do Insanity! The whole time I'm running I'm telling myself that I could be getting double the workout in half the time doing Insanity.

    If you're looking for intensity, go for Insanity. I'm also a runner, and after replacing 2 runs per week with Insanity, my times have improved tremendously. Even though Insanity is high impact, my knees feel much better from the decrease in running.

    First 5 week results with Insanity rotation!!

    I've been doing Insanity 2-3 times per week, sometimes doing the month 1 workouts, sometimes month 2. My abs are way more defined, I lost about 3 lbs.     BFFM vs. Eat Clean Diet

    I have both books, and I think both of them are worth purchasing. I can't think of anything I don't agree with in BFFM. The one thing I don't follow from ECD is not tracking calories/macronutrient ratios. Measuring portions with you hand is fine if you're just trying to clean up your nutrition...

    Congrats, kariev!!! What an accomplishment! Max Cardio was sooo hard. Maybe I was more tired than usual, but it really kicked my butt! The way some of the exercises are strung together absolutely kills the legs. But I love it. :) Cardio abs is the same as on the other disk.
