Xtrain in the UK How long did it take to arrive. How do you like it?

Hi Just discovered Cathe Friedrich. I'm familiar with body Revolution, CE, Turbofire and Insanity. Not sure whether to chose Xtrain or STS. I'd really appreciate some advice. Also, if I buy downloads, can they be converted to be burnt onto DVD. Thanks
