Most of the combos are fairly short with just two segments. Number 5 is the trickiest. I think you will be able to get it. It is not like step blast. I like step blast but I do not like the going over and over of each little segment before putting it all together. So for me, this dvd is great.

I do high impact and step. My step doesn't move. My feet don't slip. I can not use sliding discs with the mats. If I use those, I will lay down a large wool blanket or go upstairs on the carpet. I haven't had issues with my knees yet.

i got my mats at lowes. They are on my concrete basement floor and are excellent. That being said, I wouldn't be doing gymnastics on them (not that. i could).
