    Please....no offense....but.. NOT OPRAH!!!!!!!!!!! I love Cathe's success. I've been a Catheite for over 10 years and it's so cool to see her doing so well. I would rather see her on Dr. Phil or something...maybe even Tyra or Ellen???? Just not Oprah :P

    Clarrisa, Have you read 'OnFitness'? It's a great magazine that targets PT's. Great reading for everyone, too. It's the only magazine I will subscribe to cause it's a tad hard to find around here.

    My little poll experiment

    I voted the option that stated working out 3/4 per week with some weight to lose...like 25lbs. of meno flubber :P There are, unfortunately, some weeks that 3 workouts would be a great accomplishment. I suffer from much allergy/sinusitis issues. But I will overcome. :-) I have found this...
