    Thanks for your response! I've worn other Ryka "mid" styles, so maybe my ankles can handle them. It's clear that if I do try these, I will need to order from a place that has free returns if they don't work out.

    Good advice!! Anyway, I could never "leave" my Imax 1 and 3 and Body Max 2 (or HSTA for that matter) for another rotation! If I do get Insanity, I'd have to do a custom rotation that included Cathe step (as well as a variety of kickboxing). Can't wait for Athletic step! Bring it on Cathe!!

    I love working legs and shoulders! I HATE working biceps. It doesn't help that a couple of years ago I had a wrist injury, and sometimes when I do biceps I get a residual "ping" in my wrist.

    With regard to the list on the link: even though I'm a pretty small person, I often shake a room when I walk! I tend to walk fast and purposefully, and if there is any give in the floor, I will have it rumbling.
