I was wondering what you all think of Amy Bento's "Rumble" DVD workout? I've been think about that one and about either Powerstrike 5 or Bodystrikes? I've done a lot of kickboxing and love it. I do love Amy's other kickboxones and own them. I've never tried Illaria Montagnani Powerstrike or Bodystrikes dvds. So, I guess I'm asking you for your opinions so you can enable me on getting one or two of these DVD's I've mentioned.

Please let me know what your suggestions and comments are? Thanks in advance for responding.;)

I like all of these, but I don't love any of them! None of them is as intense as my favorite boxing/kickboxing workouts. [I love K,P,C; Powerstrikes 1 and 2; KenpoX+; Amy's Kickboxing Surge; Tae Bo Ripped Advanced.]

Amy's Rumble has two parts, a slow moving boxing/kickboxing section and a pretty intense bag section. I don't think the dvd gives a very good workout without the bag.

Ilaria's Bodystrikes is all lower body toning moves. It's a lot of lunges, side-kicks and leg lifts. It's intermediate with some advanced moves. There are I think 3 sections, and she introduces a new move and then builds on to the previous moves (burpees). By the end of each section, I get pretty tired of the moves!

Powerstrikes 5 is an intermediate, low-impact kickboxing workout. It has upper body, kicks, and combo sections. Ilaria has great form. I think the boxing section (upperbody) is the best. I love Powerstrike 1 and 2, but this isn't as intense as either of those.
