    With site to store delivery shipping is free. I ordered one Saturday with delivery to my local Walmart and the total was 31.52 with tax. It's supoosed to be at the store for pickup between 3/11 & 3/17. that's a scream'in deal!!!

    No I don't. I think it's mainly used in the squat rack workouts as a sub if you don't have a squat rack.

    Time Finding your one rep max

    I've only done 1RM for disc 1 & 2 so it's pretty slow for me too. And I'm finding I'm not choosing a heavy enough weight. I'm going to do as suggested and split it up into 3 days and treat as a workout.

    Blessed how exactly did you do the tests. When you say upper-lower-upper exactly what did you do? I tested by disc and only got thru 1 & 2 :o I was pretty sore but dreading the rest of the discs. I want to start STS officially March 1. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
