    Wow! Was I shocked by those close grip pushups. When I literally failed on the first rep of the first set I knew I was in trouble... 8) I'm starting to think ahead to Meso 3 and how that will be quite different from this cycle just like Meso 2 was very different from Meso 1. Can't wait!

    Better shoes? I find that certain shoes (with more lateral and ankle support) help a ton. Also, as time goes on, you get more stable... That said, I weeble wobbled big time in disk 20! Heavier weight wreaked havoc with my balance!

    Instant oatmeal has a considerably higher glycemic index than old-fashioned. I dont' think it is THAT bad for you, but if you have the choice, go with old-fashioned. Your blood sugar levels will be more stable.

    Felt great in the workout and got right to the end of what I'm capable of. Just right! But then I find it funny how when I hit the shower and the water heat increases blood flow to the upper body, I just tremble and can barely lather up! LOL... Loved it!

    Cathe's Thumb Hook weights

    The way they wrap around the wrist makes for a very fast on and off, and it stays completely out of they way for handling weights. The only thing I find is that they are a bit binding around my heart rate monitor.

    I have them and like them. Also have the weighted gloves and the ankle/wrist weights. I use all 3 together to add 4# increments to each arm! A little awkward but it works. :)
