    New favorite step workout

    Hi Today I did the 82 minute Step Blast and Weights premix. Oh my! I didn't want the hi/lo from SJP but I wanted a circuit weight workout so this was perfect. Very challenging but fun. :) /karen

    Ohhh, the step hurts my knees. . .

    I noticed that I have to vary my workouts or I have knee problems. I can't do step more than 2 days in a row. I do kickboxing, hi/low, run/walk on my treadmill, swim laps etc. As long as I change it up, I don't have knee issues. HTH /karen

    Clean eating is soooo hard!

    I did the whole workout today. Sweat was dripping off my elbows while holding my barbell on my shoulders. Sheesh. I usually only do the step and circuit workout and then cooldown. It is a great endurance workout if you have time to do the whole thing. /karen
