    AT: What's NOT to love!!

    AT was the first workout of the LIS that I tried. It's been love at first sight :) It is my favourite, maybe because I really like circuit training in general. I will never stop telling my friends how amazing this workout is!

    hehehehe... you came up with a great idea! ;) I'm curious to try Lower body blast with my discs, as I used to do that using paper plates.I'm sure I could open my range of motion with the discs, and feel some good DOMS the day after :D

    You could use paper plates but not for the cardio portion. And even for the toning section, I've been doing it with paper plate while waiting for my discs to come, but I can assure you that the intensity of the workout is totally different once you use them. I think Cathe thought this series...
