Have to disagree.... I saw it last month(in NYC) and thought the first act was good, but that the second was sloooooow. Every song sounded the same to me. I did think the number with the shields was wonderful! Also, maybe it was just the cast that night, but the play didn't seem polished...

How could you possible know how they spend "all their time"??? I don't get the disappointment...why not just be happy for them? If the workouts are good, I couldn't give a hoot how the background exercisers spend their own time as long as they aren't criminals!:p

I'm hoping you'll include this option on the new DVD's. Sometimes, I just want to do my strength work with my own music in the background. I can't wait for these workouts! Thanks.

I don't think Jari's workouts are for a light day at all! Not if you are choosing the correct weight. The best things about Jari's workouts besides being so darn effective, are that they are inexpensive ($8 or so?!!), and they are simple enough to turn her down and listen to something else...

I understand where the warning is coming from, but I wanted to add that I used Leerburg's puppy training video and shock collar video with great success for our dogs.:)
