I do see a safety catch on the new equipment. You can clearly see the "catch" on the pic of Cathe doing the flat bench press & incline press. Not sure if that helped or not but you can see it on the picture.... Denise

Couldn't hold out! Just ordered a set of 35lbs. (may be back to order 40lbs and maybe 45lbs) Hubby said the ergo handle will make it much more comfortable to hold. :) So looking forward to using these with STS! BRING IT ON! Denise

I was just curious on just how many of the 37 they are completing in a day. Also, if possible, when posting pictures could you tell us what workout they are from? (say STS 1, STS 2) Or maybe what mesocycle they are from? Is Cathe & crew filming Sat/Sun/Mon/Tues and then again this...

I wonder how "many" 1 hour workouts they filmed on Saturday? (or how many of the 37 they will be able to film in one day?) I'm sure it won't take "all day" to film "1" workout. I wish they'd number the pics, saying these pictures are of STS #1, these are of STS #2..... :) Denise

I thought I had heard that SNM was using those lovely thin cases but I could be wrong. Has a decision been made on packaging? Also, if you'll be using the thin cases will you have a different photo for each workout to give it a "new" feel from all the others? How will they be titled...

Debbie, that is too funny! I told hubby last night (after drooling over the guys arms) that he was going to do STS with me. So maybe I'll have to get him the "matching outfits" that the guys wear! (hee, hee) Can't wait to hear from SNM about this..... Denise
