Easter Blog Pictures!!!!

I believe the leg workouts in this series will be my favorites. I love what I am seeing in the blog pictures for Meso 1 Legs. This must be Butts and Guts on you know what. ;-) Did y’all see the picture of Cathe laughing during firewalkers? Oh my! I love the Nike tops. Cathe is wearing a pretty green top in this one! (This green does not remind me of veggies, Kathy S. ;-) LOL! :7 Spring, lime, and mint are good.)

It is good to finally see Stuart too! :7

ITA--love Meso 1 Lower Body. The spring green in so fresh looking. I just did B&G today and am looking forward to this one STS cycle in particular. 5 days of DOMS for the crew--OMG!

Did anyone notice there's a pic of Jai (I believe) doing a low pulse lunge with a fairly decent sized wt and below it is a picture of one of the guys doing a low pulse lunge with what looks like half the weight that Jai was using :7 :7 :7

Catherine, so glad you pointed this out -- hilarious! Poor Stuart -- the Guys had no idea what they were getting themselves into with these tiny women, did they? ;-) You can see behind Jai that Lorraine is using an equally heavy weight.
