    This would’ve been perfect after my car accident. Actually, it would’ve been way too hard for the first year or so. But I do agree, it’s perfect post-injury or illness, easier days/weeks or recovery. And definitely good for those new to Cathe or functional fitness.

    I would love Perfect 30, FitSplit or CTX type series where the workouts were 30 to 40 minutes. X10 is still one of my favorites for variety, music and energy. Even a Lite or Ice reboot with shorter workouts.
