    I won't/ can't. I work 12 hours and do a lot of moving around.....I would pass out. The good news...I'm a vegetarian so I won't have to worry about eating meat! Lol

    Each week is different but I always do 6 days a week. When I'm feeling really good ill do 13 or 14 in a row and the take 2 days off. As Cathe says.....listen to your body, and when mine's had enough it lets me know! Lol ps: all those days in a row are not high impact, some may be yoga or...

    Hiatus from working out

    Don't be worried! Your body likes breaks here and there. You'll be surprised how energized you are with that first workout again:) You'll knock it out of the park! I think we all push ourselves too hard sometimes, enjoy your break.

    I have a bad right knee so understand what you are saying. I modify just about everything and still get a great workout so don't give up yet:) Try some modifications.:)

    Can someone with bad knees do the workouts too? My one knee is really bad and in some of the clips I see the crew standing up, no way I can do that:(

    MUSIC for classes

    It seems like Cathe is doing more of her gym classes with a DJ present. How great would it be if one of the RT classes had a DJ too?? I hope Cathe can pull one off for us, have never experienced that before and can't think of a better place as a "first for me"! Any thoughts?

    Pre-Mixes for Arms

    You could try the upper body Tri sets in LIS. You can do all at same time (which is more than 20mins) or you can do them the way it is set up--as two different workouts. I can't recall the exact time but its probably close to the 20 min mark.
