Is it just me? I cannot do more than 3 pushups off my toes!!!!
Now that I am not a young chook anymore, I despair of ever being able to do them properly!
STS disc 1 (chest, shoulders. biceps} - you've got to be kidding. I feel so useless!!!

I love reading about your Thanksgiving celebrations. Being in Australia we don't do Thanksgiving, obviously. In a way I am glad we don't as it is very close to Christmas and all those calories scare me!!!!
I hope everyone has a great Thanksgiving with your families!

That 1 in the heading...
Cathe,
Just wondering if you are a runner.
I can't imagine you having the time to, but if you are, how far would you run a week? I bet you would really enjoy the alone time a run can bring!!!

Is it possible to change my user name as it conflicts with a spiritual understanding website from Australia, and as I am from Australia it seems people think I am connected to it?
It's just so hard to fit in all the Cathe workouts that you want to do. Sometimes I don't get to do KP&C for a couple of weeks (e.g), then it's really sore back muscles from all those punches. Don't get me wrong, I love it but it is just so difficult to attend to every body part consistently...
Cathe,
just wondering if you ever get sore muscles after a workout or are you so used to exercising that it doesn't happen any more? By sore I mean that it hurts to move!!!
I did Afterburn this morning and am already feeling sore and I haven't gone to bed yet! Imagine what I'll be like in the...
Just completed Afterburn followed by Yoga Relax.
Afterburn is one tough workout! Those burpees on discs are really tough. Yoga Relax was just what I needed afterwards.
LOVED BOTH OF THEM!!!!!:D

(That's 4 down and 5 to go! Cardio Supersets tomorrow)
Karen,
I mean tough to follow. There's a lot to remember but in time it will come. I must admit I had kids asking me questions every now and again so my concentration could have been a bit lacking!
It is great fun though, as all Cathe step workouts are!!!
If you go to the workout manager on Cathe.com and go to calendar. Pick any date and then go to add workout. Where it says select workout choose dvd. Under that is Select dvd. Pick which one and it will give you an estimate of how many calories burned.:)

What an inspirational lot of people! I'm 55 and it's good to see I have many years of Cathe workouts ahead of me. I only discovered Cathe about 3 years ago. Being in Australia makes us very isolated at times!
Seeing as I am new to this forum, I have been catching up on old posts. I've been reading about Cathe's pregnancies etc. and there is mention of photos of her boys but they do not appear. Where do I go to see the photos?
I am really enjoying learning all about you all from way back (about 11...
Just sitting here in a pool of sweat after completing Low Impact Challenge Extreme. The choreography was tough but makes me all the more determined to get it right! The extra bit at the end was great. I am quite proud of myself after doing Athletic training yesterday and Low Impact Challenge...
