    I got my DVD today and previewed it and it looks great, I can't wait to do it! I also like the lower body cardio blast premix. Great stuff! :) Due to various injuries I can't do regular step with high impact more than once or twice a week so this will give me a nice option for a 3rd day!

    Thanks to all 3 of you for your kind words and helpful advice. Debbie I think you are right I need to shock my body it's very complacent. I already tried eating less calories and that didn't do it so I think it's a matter of kicking up the fitness level another notch.

    I love this workout...get it and just modify or jog in place during the high impact moves. Some of the moves, while high impact, aren't that hard to do (I have bad knees).

    Praise be to food journaling!!

    Danna way to go! I started journaling about 2 years ago and it really keeps me honest with myself. People ask me if I'm going to stop once I get to my WL goal but I don't think I will. I may switch from WW online to something free like fitday.com but I plan to keep journaling.
