I thought I would let you know that I got my downloads all downloaded! I have played them all(not necessarily all the way through) and they look great! I think it's safe to tell people they all work now(even the 2 lower body downloads):D

Thank you for the working on the Workout Cards. I'd expect the 1RM's will be available in the Cards, too. Will there be DVD entries we can click on to input the icon on the calendar, too?

The pipe insulation(styrofoam) wraps around the pipe encasing it. Are the noodles hollow in the middle, too?:)

I didn't get a cushion with my Troy Lite Barbell either! If you need the cushion for cheap, you could just go to Home Depot, Lowe's, or your neighborhood hardware store and get any length of pipe insulation.
