    Yes to all except for sometimes I don't let people in during traffic. If I'm at a red light and someone is trying to pull out from a side street or store I'll let them out.     I love this workout. I have it scheduled for tonight (all 97 minutes!). Be sure to check out the pre-mixes. I've done the Cardio Blast and Scrambled Eggs premixes and they are awesome too!

    heart rate monitors

    I also have the F11 and the chest strap is suprisingly comfortable. It's got a lot of functionality too...I highly recommend it!
