    Blindly mailed back my first set of DVD's

    My first set played perfectly too. The replacement set played perfectly. All of the breaks were exactly where they said they would be. I discovered I don't have a seamless player. The breaks are so short they're barely noticeable.

    The first time I did it, I had butt DOMS for three days. I've now done it 5 times, and the DOMS lasts for one day now. The important thing is to not do step the day after. I don't pause the workout and I do all the reps.
