    Yes, my mom has a stability ball I can use and No, I don't have a fanny lifter. I get frustrated when using a step. I've tried it before and I didn't like it.

    All have have are 5 lb weights, I wouldl ike to not have to buy a step but I might have to from what I've read if I decide to do Cathe's workouts. I don't really like the step so I'm wondering if Cathe's workouts are right for me.
