I need help with videos

I've been exercising since May. Here's what I've been doing:

May-Sept. 5-6 days a week I did Gilad's Bodies in Motion
Sept. 25-Now I've been doing Tae Bo Get Ripped Basic 1 and 2(alternating the 2), yesterday I decided to try alternating the Basic videos with the Advanced one. Since I started Tae Bo I've been doing Denise Ausitn's Get Fit Fast Arms and Shoulders Level 3 which is 15 mins. 3 days a week. I've lost 2 lbs since I started Tae Bo and 25 lbs since May. I think I've hit a plateau and would like to try and workouts by Cathe. So, I need some suggestions for any type of video.

Congratulations on you success so far! Sounds like you've made great progress! So what kind of equipment do you have? Do you have a step? If not, are you interested in trying that? Sounds like you might look into Cathe's CTX series as there is a great variety of cardio as well as weight work. The cardio includes Kickbox, step, and a little hi/lo as well as weight work for all body parts. The original series on VHS was 6 volumes, but if you get the DVD there are many workout options that you can mix and match.

I would recommend The Intensity Series. This series is a great plateau buster. The dvd's have good premixes if your challenged on time.

All have have are 5 lb weights, I wouldl ike to not have to buy a step but I might have to from what I've read if I decide to do Cathe's workouts. I don't really like the step so I'm wondering if Cathe's workouts are right for me.
