I love this new series and that it is off the beat. This is something that I haven't seen Cathe do and it makes perfect sense that want to confuse the body particularly since these are shorter workouts. There are a few moves in this series that I can't do off the beat but because I am on carpet...

Yea I currently have that problem with 4DS and Intensity with the player in my workout room, but they play just fine on my computer and other DVD players. I just bought a new Blu-ray player on black Friday so I good now :)

I am supper ready to start getting updates and ready for the completed product. I agree BlakKat when i saw the clip I thought to myself that Cathe looks Ripped so can only imagine what she has up her sleeves.

Not sure if anyone has asked this before or not but since the classes are on Thursdays every once in a while have an Throwback Thursday class such as Cardio and Weights or Cross Train Express etc. I know that sometimes Catheletes will talk about workouts they haven't done in a while but still...

One of the ESPN stations had the 2014 CrossFit Games on today. Just looking at the challenges they had to do I can see why it puts so much stress on the body.

I plan to only get Cathe Live as I have plenty of the DVD's that I don't need to spend the extra $10 for the On Demand service. Like Bonjonbart said the extra $10 I save will more than pay for new releases.

Oh this would be awesome Curtis, I am currently holding off on Cathe Live right now for the same reason trying to figure out how to get streaming on my TV in my workout. I hope whatever you all are testing works :)

I was thinking about that, perhaps they have to build it back up since they sold everything last time. I agree I did like the old site but maybe they will make changes as the momentum get going again.

Must have just happened because I checked over the weekend and nothing was there. Today I see that they are back in action. Thanks for the heads up :)
