Afternoon beauties!
I went to Crossfit yesterday after work and had a great workout that went like this:
Warmup: 30/20/10: Spider climbers, supermans, situps (so 30 spiders, 30 supermans, and 30 situps, then 20 spiders, 20 supermans, etc.).
Weight Focus: close-grip bench press. I did 1...
