I usually get my workouts in after work so I shower after that (closer to bed time). It makes it easier to just rinse up and get out of the house in the morning. :)
I personally don't have experience with this but I just wanted to wish you the best through this operation.

It depends on what rotaion I'm following but probably 2 to 3 times a week. As you mentioned, some of the workouts already have AB sections at the end, although they are not as long and difficult as CoreMax they do the job on some days. :D
Bump on this Erica. I've been trying to figure out the best thing also. I am not a long time runner but I do want to incorporate it into my routine and am trying to figure out if a membership at the Y is worth it for me.
