Hi everyone,
I just opened up my profile today. I am so excited! I read the forums all the time, I just couldn't help myself, and had to sign up. I have just started doing cardio every morning (Mon-Fri) Running, interval training, etc. In the afternoons I do a Cathe Cardio and weights and abs. I am loving it. I'm not trying to lose weight as I am super skinny. 5'6, 121 pounds. Just trying to tone out and lose the baby fat, and of course gain some strength. I had a baby 2.5 years ago and still have the baby fat pudge. Guess I gotta step up the ab work a bit huh? Well I hope to get to know you all, and I am looking forward to being part of the Cathe Family.
