I think it depends on why you didn't like BSS3. I like the BSS3 workouts better than the TransFirmer workouts. I don't think the TransFirmer workouts are as intense. I like the step work though.
We've been in Alpharetta, GA for 8 years(orginally from Upstate NY) and love it (except for the traffic) I've always been cold blooded so I love the warm weather.

Her older workouts are alot easier to learn IMO. Step Max is very linear. Cathe evens metions that. Try the Classics Volume I or Cardio Hits DVD. The Cardio Hits are more intense than the Classics.
The very first post on the main page of video & dvd questions and comments is called updated "ultimate guide to Cathe's workouts" and it rates her workouts by intensity level

I drive a Chrysler Town & Country. I want to down-size and I am looking at the Honda CR-V. The Pilot is a little too big for me. I wouldn't be down-sizing with the Pilot.

Amy, I'm not familiar with BFFM but I love WW. I have been a lifetime member for over 11 years, never going over goal and IMO their program just gets better and better.
