I use too attend WW meetings a few yeas ago. I'm still using the old WW point book. However just wondering in the newer point book, if you are under 150 lbs what is the point range. In my old book its’ 18-23. Please need update :D

It is now 20 points per day, plus 35 Flex Points to use however you want through out the week, plus up to 4 activity points per day.
 
Along with this thread, I'm curious- I did WW a few years ago (must have been at the same time as you, Teddygirl) and lost a lot, but would like to lose those last 5-10 pounds. Do you think WW will help at this point, or should I try something like BFFM??
 
Amy, I'm not familiar with BFFM but I love WW. I have been a lifetime member for over 11 years, never going over goal and IMO their program just gets better and better.
