    Hello ladies! Great workouts everyone. I did treadmill today and ran and did some incline and got my HR up above the zone. I only went 3 miles. I haven't run in a while and didn't want to aggravate my plantar fasciaitis. I know I misspelled that word! Have a great day everyone.

    Hi ladies! How is everyone. I did a superset workout today and really liked it. As far as the cathe DVDs, I really the boot camp, pyramid workouts and the muscle endurance workout. I am not much of a step fan, but her drill max is a really good one also.
