    what's stopping me from buying the new series

    the only use I know of for a high=step is leg press, which cathe does on the 8 inch step in Muscle Max...so although it's a different effect, you can sub the 8 inch for the high step...unless there is some other use for the high step...but I can't think of one that I know of.

    I'm not sure what DVD to get for lower body sculpting

    So far, the only weight workout I have is MusleMax, but it doesn't really have much leg work in it. Are Gym Style Legs and Butts & Gutts my only 2 other choices to get in a good lower body workout? Or will Low Impact Circuit premixes do the trick in sculpting lean leg muscles?
