Drill Max & Functional Fitness Results

Can people report on gains then have gotten from Drill Max, as it looks like it can do SO much for functional fitness! I know for me, I have no problem working out, but when it comes to climbing my steep back stairs, I get winded and my legs burn. And even though I'm only in my 30s, when I get up off the floor, it's like a 60 year old! Is Drill Max the kind of workout to help me with this stuff?

I think after mastering Drill Max, you'll be able to take the stairs in handstand position. }(
I do think my overall fitness improved w/ the latest workouts, but if you have specific issues w/ those stairs, how about tacking on a few flights up and down at the end of a workout? Or as a warm up?

If you can master Drill Max, I agree with Jody. The stairs will no longer be scary. In fact, you'll run up them and throw in a few squat thrusts at the top.

"In fact, you'll run up them and throw in a few squat thrusts at the top."

hahahahaha! :)

But seriously, I just thought with all the exercise I have been doing for a year straight, that the stairs would not wind and burn me! And that I could get up of the floor like a 30 year old, not a 70 year old! I didn't realize the TYPE of exercise you did for a year straight could make a difference!

I agree also, Drill Max is so awesome. I remember the first time I did this workout my thoughts were "you've got to be kidding me, right?" Now after doing it once a week it still is tough but I can get through all of it without having to stop even just for a minute. Between this and my powerstrikes I have to "convince" myself to do other workouts.
