    Will I ever get it?

I'm with Gretchen on this--hang in there! I too recently decided to attempt Cathe cardio, and like you, I felt a certain amount of frustration. I have gotten a few of her CTX step routines down, and I'm having a blast with them. Now I'm looking forward to learning Rhythmic Step, which for me, is...

S&H Shoulders with Triceps and Biceps?

Marlene, We are thinking along the exact same lines. I know that my anterior delts are always fatigued after the chest workout and I really don't want to work shoulders the following day, but I would like to find a way to work in an additional total body weight workout in the same week. I don't...

S&H Shoulders with Triceps and Biceps?

Hi All, I wanted your opinions on doing the S&H shoulder workout on the same day as the S&H Tri and Bi workout. I will probably omit 1 set from each exercise to make the workout less time consuming. I'm trying to develope some rotations and I was playing with this idea. Any thoughts? Thanks.

Squats with one leg on step

LAST EDITED ON Nov-07-01 AT 10:16AM (Est)[p]Jeanne, The squats that you are referring to are supposed to be done with even weight distribution between the two legs (if you want to do exactly as it's done in the video, Intense Moves).

Yeah Gretchen, I think that Rhythmic Step is going to be my next project, and I think that you got the right idea about taking it in two section increments.

    Advanced Firm videos?

LAST EDITED ON Nov-04-01 AT 10:07PM (Est)[p]I started with The Firm when they released their first video, Vol. 1, and I consider their workouts to be good. I would go with one of their more recent releases if you are set on trying them out. I think as the years have passed, The Firm has gotten a...

    DVD Revelation

Hi All, I posted earlier in the week that I was struggling with some Cathe choreography. Well, I am very pleased to inform you that I can now do All Step in it's entirety...yay! Ok, I'll admit that I'm no Ginger Rogers, but at least I've got it figured out. The second time around, when I wasn't...

Need suggestions for video to tone legs

If you're into yoga, I would recommend Bryan Kest Power Yoga 2, it's killer on the old behind. Or, although I haven't tried it, The NYC Ballet workout. I understand that it's a good workout for the legs.

    Learning new choreography--ideas please

Thanks to all of you for the encouragement! CTX is my introduction to Cathe's choreography, maybe I should have started somewhere else, but I was anxious to build my dvd collection, and that seemed like the best place to start. I think that I probably should try to learn these routines on my...

    Oh....I am addicted!!!

I hear you strong@heart. I'm a Cathe convert and there's no going back! Right now I'm in the process of selling most of my exercise video collection so I can finance more Cathe dvds. She's first class in my opinion, and I can't thank her enough.
