    STS January Check In - Welcome All!

    Holy Drop Set Monday! Phew - chest is fried and I know I will be feeling it later today. The 1RM gave me a too heavy weight for one of the shoulder exercises .. could only do 10 before form went. Plan on Cardio Leg Blast again tomorrow! Stay safe and warm to all those in the cold areas.

    I just finished my first week of STS. I added in Cardio Leg Blast as a cardio/legs workout on Tuesday between Disc 1 and 3. I wasn't too much for me .. yet .. but I'll keep an eye on it going forward!

    Thanks for starting this checking. I did Cardio Leg Blast on Tuesday, and felt OK going into today's Leg Disc 3 workout. I figure I will play it by ear .. I like the idea of two different types of leg training each week, but like you I'm not sure how it will work.

    Awesome - I was thinking of that one. I wasn't a fan of Lean Legs and Abs ... but I should give it another shot. Then I will switch around and put in Afterburn for a day of 'rest' for the legs, then Cardio Leg Blast. That will fill out my week .. and this rotation. Woo-hoo!
