Thanks for all the input. I guess I am one of the few who liked BBC cardio :) I thought all the plyo moves really leaned out the lower body. Sounds like insanity is really insane!

I have a question for you. Barry's workouts have a lot of plyo cardio which I enjoyed. How does these workouts compare to his in intensity. I can do his with no problems but are these a lot harder? Thanks In advance.
