Hi, I am just starting to look into begining step aerobics. Where is a good plce to but a club length step?
And what kind of workout should I begin with? I do workout regularly but have never done step aerobics before.

I do want to increase the weights. But, focus on the early step tapes.

I exercise on a regular basis. 6 days a week. At home I have a norditrack I use 1 or 2 times a week. I use weights @ 5lbs. a few times a week. I mix this up with walking and biking...etc.
I have never done step exercise before.
In the last few years I have lost 65 lbs. and want to loose...
I am overwhelmed by all the videos!! They all look so good. But I am interested in over all wieght loss, fat burning. Which video or videos are best?
