    Hi Cathe you know what is the best but please the next time can you do a serie of weigths and cardio (hiit, tabata, low impact fat burning cardio) like XTRAIN we can mix cardio and weigths the same day.After 40 our boby is diferent so please.

    I did try today fire 30 and is to fast very hard to follow, they have are good movements but I been lost all the time try to follow them and the end I change to Cathe Hiit low impact I love it is hard but easy to follow.

    STS double legs day

    Hi Cathe, I doing STS meso 2 and I add extra leg day (rack disc 37-40) + 10 to 15 min Hiit on weigths days, + 1 kick,punch and crunch + 1 day step, abs on the 2 cardio days. So it is ok like that ? I been notice more definition on my body. Please give à Word Thank you
