    STS RECOVERY WEEK DAY #4

    Hey Cathe! Since I walked about 7 miles yesterday, my feet were really sore, so today I did a shortened version of Cardio Fusion (skipped the BM2 step portions... ). Came to about 45-50 minutes. My feet thanked me. Hope you get some better sleep tonight! Marcia

    STS Recovery Week Day 2

    Today I did the "other" Boot Camp (Intensity Series) with lighter weights. Forgot how challenging it could be... worked up a good sweat!

    paper plate (vs) foam plate??

    I use foam plates (don't have any paper ones, believe it or not!), and it seems to work ok for me. My workout area in the basement has a flat carpet and the foam plate glides easily over it. Sometimes the plate sticks to my sneaker, though. (Static, I guess.) HTH Marcia

    Thanks for the yoga blocks idea. Maybe I'll run to Target and get some. But I'm still not sure I can lift my body weight. I'll just have to keep trying, I guess!

    STS & age

    Wow! I feel so GREAT to know there are so many others out there that are around my age (48 too!). I always modify because, as Kathryn stated, everyone is their own personal trainer. You must always listen to your body! If something doesn't feel right, then alter the move a bit. Anyway...
