I just got over being sick for 10 days. I'm slowing making my way back into working out. I was hoping to do Supercuts and Hard Strikes sometime this week. Is Supercuts crazy hard? I don't want to wipe myself out but on the other hand, I only go to try Bi/Tri of Xtrain before I got sick.

I'm lucky that I don't have the stinky gloves. I am glad that I tried them on at the store as the first pack I opened had 2 left gloves. I would have been mad if I brought them home like that!!

Hi Cathe! Just got XTrain today! Woo! Trying to decide what rotation to do. I am an intermediate exerciser. My main goal is to lose weight (lost 40lbs last year...need to lose another 30 or so). What would be the best rotation for this? I also have LIS bundle. Thanks! Toomuchjoy
