    I pop a caffeine pill when I wake up and then exercise 15-20 min later. It helps to wake me up without being all sloshy with coffee.

    How to make changes to a rotation in Workout Manager

    SNM: Say I want to add 2 rest days in the first week of my rotation. I then need to manually move each of the following ~25 workouts out two days right? Or is there a way to select them all and move them together? Otherwise, that's pretty tedious...... Thanks, TmJ

    Can't figure this one out either! The tutorial is incredibly basic. I worry that you can't insert days of rest or move whole weeks. That really should be an option on the right hand side where they list all the workouts you can drag and drop.

    Can someone help? I started to use the weight tracker on the front page of the Workout Manager. Is there a way to set a start weight? It just looks strange that I went from 0 pounds to current weight. I know it's not a big deal but it's bugging me. :o Thanks! TmJ

    Poll: Best rotation?

    Decided to do the April 2013 rotation...and I'm trying to do it as strict as I can (meaning if I have the disc I have to do the workout and not sub in favorites). So far so good! I figure in June I will do the May rotation and will function a month behind. ;) Thanks again!
