Underwire Champion bras work well for me, even though I bounce, don't bounce as much. There are times when I have done 2 bras, too lazy to take off regular bra and put on sports bra.

I have taken the Wave class at The Firm. As w/the TF, I wish Gaiam would make more Wave workouts. I even used the wood prototype while at The Firm. I haven't purchased yet. Waitin' for the price to drop!
