    I actually prefer to do pull overs by holding the thick ends of the dbs with each hand. The limitation to that is the size of my hands and ability to hold a heavy db for very long. I can do about 35 pounds for 12 reps, but my 40 pounder is too bulky for me to hold in this fashion.

    De-Bulking my Legs

    For me HiiT and plyometric type workouts have helped lean out my legs. My legs aren't great, but they are better than they've ever been before. Even got compliments on them "looking muscular". Of course cleaner eating is also key. I say cleaner, because I refuse to give up my treats :P
