    Congrats on finding what works. Everyone is different. I'm also a pear shape and I have found that Gym Style Legs plus Kick Max and Low Max have done wonders for my lower body.

    band broke in half on high step

    Mine had a little tear in it, but I kept using it until it finally popped in half. Wouldn't you know, it popped in half while I was doing the outer thigh work from Gym Styles while lying on my back. It almost slapped me in the face. :o Taught me a lesson. :7

    Tanning question?????

    I have tried the spray on tan where a person actually sprays you, and I looked orange. My skin must have some weird color in it. Any time I use anything with a bronzer, I look orange. I can't even use the bronzer that they sell at the tanning salon. My friend uses them and looks great.

    Twitching legs at night

    I would check with your doctor also. I know that when I first started doing Cathe cardio, I would twitch also. It would happen just as I was starting to doze off and then wake me up. I think it would stop once I fell asleep as my husband never complained. For some reason, it doesn't happen...

    I don't care for any of the shows on Exercise On Demand. I prefer Fit TV much better. I'm also wondering if maybe I still have Fit TV when others do not is because I have digital cable. Anyone with digital cable still have Fit TV besides myself?

    How much cardio?

    I think it varies from person to person as I am just the opposite. I'm an hourglass with a heavy bottom and only 5' tall. I've been getting results with only 2-3 days of cardio and 4-5 days of weights. It took me years to figure out I needed more weighttraining than cardio.
