FiTtv probably 8 yrs ago. I taped many off the tv. I finally started purchasing her dvd's with the un-named series (Butts 'n Guts, Lo Impact Circuit etc) when they came out. I have since accumulated ALL of them & been on one roadtrip 2008. She is the primary fitness instructor I use. :D

I found an ad for Sinew Therapeutics in the back of Runners World this month. I would much rather use natural products that OTC's. Has anyone ever used this line of products. From what I read on the website it looks promising.

I just received results from a MRI on my lower back. Degenerative Disc Disease. I have yet to actually speak to my Dr yet & of course been looking around on the web about it. Anyone out there have this condition?
I also have them & I love them :D. The only disadvantage I have found is sometimes they are a bit bulky. For example with a hammer curl on stab ball with a twist I would prefer that increment in a single weight. Aside from that it is one of those purchases where money was well spent IMO.
I see on the workout manager when I went to put in CTX upper body split for my upcoming workout it does not give any information with it; met value, time, calorie burn. Are you able to tell me what these are?

Everyone has given very good, accurate advice. I totally agree on just have fun. I would like to add a **warning** though: races are addictive ;):D;):D But that's a good thing IMO!!
