I have been doing T25 for three weeks now and it has been a good journey but I need to get back to lifting weights. I was doing T25 in the morning and adding on a mile walk just for a cooldown and then did my stretching.
I think T25 is very plyo cardio intensive and too much of that...
Did you find a rotation to fit your needs? Just curious to see which one you picked. I also am looking for a good rotation but just not sure which one.

I am week 2 day 3 done. Did Burn Sets on Monday and still feel my chest and a little in the front of the shoulders.
Yesterday was Cardio leg blast and I matched or went a little higher than Cathe did. Still...
Great question, I was wondering the same thing. Why no Burn Set Legs. I would like to lift heavier once a week, but just need to figure out where to put it and how long. Maybe during burn set week do the heavier leg workout?

I do them at my pace which in the end may be 2-3 behind Cathe and crew but figured that is good and will get better at them as I do the workout.

Week 2 Day 1. Burn Sets Chest/Back/Shoulders. Enjoyed it as the sets went by quickly and there isn't a ton of reps. 2 sets at 10 reps and then the 3rd set is to failure. The weights Cathe uses are amazing. I could barely get 25s for my chest press and she is using 35. Wow...
Thanks for starting the thread. I am almost done with week one. This week I put in RIDE instead of Hard Strikes. I did Hard Strikes last weekend and my knees were sore for a few days so I figured I would switch that out. I may try it again next week and see how it goes.

Got mine today in MI. Thinking about starting the 90 undulating rotation on Monday. Hoping this helps with weight loss along with toning. Also will anyone be adding any other workouts. I am thinking about yoga 2-3 evenings.
